Cancellation and Returns

You can return within 48 hours of the product being delivered.

Accessories, bags, blouses and footwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Sarees with stitched blouses are also non-returnable.

For all other products please refer to the product page for specific return terms.

Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.

Petticoat charges are non refundable.

Returns should only be for items that are damaged/defective or are entirely different than to the one which is shown online.

Returns are subject to approvals.

Shipping & returns if any is free within India.

Are there any duties and taxes?

For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST.

When will I get my refund?

You will get your refund in 7 to 10 days.

Please Note: Once the product has been picked up, it takes 5-7 working days for the product to reach our warehouse which then goes under Quality Check to ensure it is in original condition with all labels & tags intact. As soon as this process is completed, the refund will be initiated in your account within 48 hours.
